Every rate has its own rules. You’ll see yours before you book, and in your confirmation.
Flexible rate
Cancel by 11:00 pm, 2 days before your arrival day, and you won’t be charged. Cancel after that and the first night plus tax is charged.
Pay Now & Save
Paid in full when you book, at a discount. This rate is non-refundable: if you cancel, the full amount is kept.
Advance-purchase rate
Advance-purchase rates are non-refundable.
Stays in March
All refundable rates must be canceled 7 days before arrival to avoid penalties.
Payment& deposits.
A credit card guarantees every reservation. Your full stay is due at check-in, and we may collect a deposit of up to 100% before you arrive.
Once you’ve checked in, your stay is non-refundable.
Leaving early? Early departures are charged for the full reserved stay.
A $10 per night resort fee (plus tax) applies to every stay. It's shown during booking and listed as a separate line at checkout.
Travelingwith pets.
Pet-friendly rooms are available. Pets are welcome for $25 plus tax per night, up to 2 pets, 25 lb each, with a $300 per month maximum. Tell us about your pet when you book so we can place you in the right room.

We text you about your stay: a reminder before you arrive, check-in details, a quick check-in during your stay and your receipt. That’s about 8–10 messages per reservation.
